When can I arrange a collection?

We offer preorder collection in Macau, with consultations available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Saturday collections are scheduled in advance, and Sunday is closed.

How can I place an order?

You can contact us by form, email, phone, or scheduled consultation. We will review your request and confirm the next step before production is arranged.

Does the bread selection stay the same each week?

Our bread selection can change through the week. We confirm the available loaves for your chosen collection time before finalising the order.

Can I request allergen information?

Yes. We provide a written ingredient and allergen summary, and recipes, ingredients, and handling conditions may change. Please confirm the current allergen information for your specific order.

How does the bread subscription work?

Yes. Our weekly bread subscription runs for 4 to 12 weeks, with 1 to 3 loaves per collection. It is prepaid and does not renew automatically.
